Pricing
Therapy can feel like a big commitment, so I want the pricing to be clear and straightforward. Session rates cover the time we spend together, including preparation and follow-up. I offer flexible payment options and can discuss insurance coverage or sliding scale possibilities. My goal is to make starting therapy simple, so you can focus on the work itself—exploring challenges, reflecting, and finding meaningful growth.
FEES:
My current rate is $210 for each 50-minute individual session.
I accept payments via credit/debit card. Payment is due at the time of each session. You will be expected to keep a current card on file via my secure Electronic Health Record.
I reserve a small number of reduced fee sessions for clients who need additional financial support. If cost is a concern, feel free to reach out.
INSURANCE:
I’m in-network with Aetna and United Healthcare/Optum. If your plan is covered, your cost may be lower depending on your benefits.
If your plan is not in-network, you are welcome to see me at the out-of-network rate. I can provide a superbill to submit for possible reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement vary by plan. I recommend checking with your insurer about your benefits.
